Meet Our Founder:
Raychelle M. Harris
Early on in her legal career it was clear to Raychelle M. Harris that a hectic law office—something she fondly dubbed as “organized chaos” back in 2002—would benefit from quality litigation support. Having witnessed elevated stress levels and low morale in private practice offices across multiple states and jurisdictions, it became clear to her that even the toughest, battle-hardened attorneys could crack when the pressure of tight deadlines and unmanageable workloads became too great. But the question faced by Raychelle— an entrepreneurial-minded and caring mom—was how she could apply her considerable legal skills in helping overworked law offices while still maintaining the mobility and flexibility she needed in her own life.
With more than 20 years experience in the legal industry, she has dedicated several of those to providing expert litigation support to State of Louisiana judges, nationally recognized law and legal consulting firms. In addition to her advanced paralegal certification, Ms. Harris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans and a Post Baccalaureate in Legal Studies from Tulane University. Raychelle has recently acquired a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Saint Thomas Christian University.
Her high level of relevant legal education and experience in multiple areas of law enables her to draw on an exceptional knowledge base. She utilizes her skill set to help legal entities improve their operational efficiency. Ms. Harris attends continuing educational seminars to be abreast in evolving legal proceedings. She will evaluate your practice from both a business and legal standpoint to make sound recommendations on utilizing support services and implementing security measures.
Ms. Harris serves as a mentor and active member of the U.S. Black Chamber of Commerce, River Region Chamber of Commerce, American Bar Association (Para-Professional), Louisiana Bar Association ADR Certified Civil Mediators, and Louisiana Bar Association SOLACE Network. She is also actively involved in local community organizations, such as: NAACP, Urban League of Greater New Orleans Young Professionals, Women's Business Enterprise South Council, and other professional associations.
She is the proud mother of two energetic daughters, namely: Aleah Renae and Ariel Grace.
